Whether you are in the early years of your degree, looking to learn some valuable tips before your first moot, or you’re a student looking to perfect your mooting talents, this informational bootcamp will provide you with the skills you need for mooting competitions and assessments!

The UOWLSS is hosting its inaugural Legal Essay Writing Competition! This new opportunity invites all law students to demonstrate their writing skills and legal expertise

Harbour Cruise 2023
The UOW Law Student’s Society annual Sydney Harbour Cruise is back and better than ever in 2023. The night is the perfect way to serve as a pick-me-up in the middle of the semester, while having the opportunity to make new friends and connections.
The Harbour Cruise will feature a cruise around Darling Harbour, a DJ, canapes, bar service and a photographer to capture memories.

The UOW Law Student’s Society annual Cocktail is back in 2023 as the first social calendar event of the year. The night is the perfect way to start the semester in some great style while having the opportunity to make new friends and connections.
The Cocktail Party will feature music, canapes, an open bar and a photographer to capture memories.

2023 Autumn Elections & Casual Vacancies
The UOWLSS Autumn Elections are to elect first year representatives for the 2023 term. This is the first opportunity for first year students to join the UOWLSS and be a part of organising and implementing our many exciting events and programs. These elections are also conducted to fill the casual vacancies from the 2022 elections.
